Mend and Move Remedial Massage is located at my home studio, 19 Hillside Road, Avoca Beach (past the preschool) – Please walk down the drive way and the studio is located at the rear of the property.

Mend and Move Pilates classes are located at the Avoca Beach Hotel as you enter the Hotel via Avoca drive please turn left to park.
