“I’m a long term exerciser but have always found it hard to keep at any particular exercise regime for much longer than twelve months, mainly due to boredom. My first experience with Pilates was at a couple of well-known gyms, the classes were large, the instructors not consistent and they pretty much stayed at the front of the class. When I moved to the Coast, I wanted to continue Pilates, however I didn’t want to go to a gym; with a stroke of luck I found Pilates and the wonderful Hannah Chandler.
What makes Hannah’s classes work, firstly the class size she keeps them smaller this enables her to spend more time with each member. She also tailors exercise to your fitness level (with some challenges), she makes sure you are doing the exercise correctly it’s hands-on with Hannah. Hannah knows the names of all of her students, her engaging personality, relaxed attitude and innovative techniques make it a fun and worthwhile experience.
The above are some of the reasons why after 7 years I’m still attending Hannah’s classes twice a week, I highly recommend Pilates by this lovely lady.
