A session with Hannah is totally invigorating. After only an hour, you feel so much more able! Somehow she manages to make every week different – which is no small feat when you realise her Pilates is entirely mat exercise. Before Hannah I had no idea we have such an interesting array of muscles!
And they all get exercised.
Hannah is the best Pilates teacher I have had. And I have had a few since my hamstring left my body seven years ago.
Now I am all bolted together – and am so proud of the things she can get me to do.
