Look forward each week to going to Pilates. Love the way you treat us as individuals, often personalizing exercises to assist with any issues we have.

“I’m a long term exerciser but have always found it hard to keep at any particular exercise regime for much longer than twelve months, mainly due to boredom. However, over the last three years, I’ve found Hannah’s Pilates classes something that I look forward to.  I find that I actually enjoy them. A session with Hannah is totally invigorating. After only an hour, you feel so much more able! Somehow she manages to make every week different – which is no small feat when you realise her Pilates is entirely mat exercise. Before Hannah I had no idea we have such an interesting array of muscles!

And they all get exercised.

Hannah is the best Pilates teacher I have had. And I have had a few since my hamstring left my body seven years ago.

Now I am all bolted together – and am so proud of the things she can get me to do.

Before starting Pilates with Hannah I had tried other instructors but have been with Hannah for 4 years. Hannah’s classes are always enjoyable and every class is different. I truly benefit from the Pilates exercises and my body lets me know if I miss a week! Hannah has a thorough knowledge & understanding of how the body and muscles work and is able to use this in her classes for the benefit of her clients. I love how Hannah explains what to do using analogies (often funny) so we all get what she means, how she personally checks to ensure you are doing each exercise correctly and her ability to modify exercises to accommodate all individuals. Her knowledge, caring nature and bright personality make her classes a joy to be in. Thank you Hannah.

It is evident that Hannah is much more than a technically qualified and caring Pilates instructor. Her professional development and training is an ongoing process and she shares her growing knowledge of this evolving health and wellness science with every class.

Her classes are informative, caring and inclusive and always lots of fun. Hannah is loved by all her students.

The studio is located in a tranquil bush setting and is easily accessed with excellent parking.

Hannah is a motivator, enthusiastic and really knows her stuff. Without her I’d be inflexible, stiff, and less in touch with the workings of my ageing body?

My first experience with Pilates was at a couple of well-known gyms, the classes were large, the instructors not consistent and they pretty much stayed at the front of the class.  When I moved to the Coast, I wanted to continue Pilates, however I didn’t want to go to a gym; with a stroke of luck I found Pilates and the wonderful Hannah Chandler.

What makes Hannah’s classes work, firstly the class size she keeps them smaller this enables her to spend more time with each member.  She also tailors exercise to your fitness level (with some challenges), she makes sure you are doing the exercise correctly it’s hands-on with Hannah.  Hannah knows the names of all of her students, her engaging personality, relaxed attitude and innovative techniques make it a fun and worthwhile experience.

The above are some of the reasons why after 7 years I’m still attending Hannah’s classes twice a week, I highly recommend Pilates by this lovely lady.
